I'd say B or G. They both look good, are clearly legible and very bold.

Definitely B.
Overly-pixeled feels almost retro to me now.

B has strong legible characters with some nice tech detailing thrown in.

That's cool, B is actually the current logo and the first one I started with when I drew up the initial idea.
